
Wu Rungchin (1999–) is a photographer, writer, and voyager based in Taipei, Taiwan, and currently lives in Paris, France. He graduated from National Taiwan University in 2024 with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Law. Currently studying photography at SPEOS and Magnum Photos in Paris.
He is dedicated to exploring the relationship between the progression of civilization and the memories of life. Through photography, he seeks to understand how people can deal with the vanishing existing living spaces in the context of rapid urbanization. He focuses on issues related to cultural heritage preservation. At the age of 22, driven by a desire to explore the world’s architecture, he completed a solo journey around the world in 123 days. As of now, he has published two books.
